Sand People was a figure released in 1977, part of the Star Wars collection.
Description
Starting with the The Empire Strikes Back 48-Back card, he was re-named to Sandpeople, followed by another change with Return of the Jedi where he became Tusken Raider (Sand People).
Major Variation(s)
Though all vintage figures have minor variations, the Sand People's only major variation was a slightly re-sculpted head with hollow cheek tubes. To date, the hollow tube variation has only appeared on cards from Return of the Jedi. No carded examples on either Star Wars or Empire Strikes Back card have been found.
